Well worth the drive off the beaten path! Locals only cuisine, but the warm, welcoming spirit of owner, Eric, makes any gringo feel right at home. Molecajete was phenomenal, with octopus, chorizo and extremely tender steak aplenty; sauce was sublime and mezcal margaritas too. Will come again.
If you have found this restaurant congratulations! We stumbled upon it and read the reviews and decided to chance it and go. It was just incredible. The shrimp tacos were the best or tied for the best we have had in our five weeks in PV. The people were just warm and welcoming. Our Spanish is terrible but they were patient and helped us through and answered all of our questions! This is where the locals eat. If you are looking at this and wondering if it is worth cost of an Uber, please know it is! I was shocked at the value for what we got. If you are still reading you should already be on the way to the 3C!
Great food! Had the calamari & Salmon. Absolutely delicious! Erik, one of the owners, was very attentive & courteous. Will be back the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta. Also have the carrot cake!
The service here was muy excelente! Much better than a lot of the fine-dining places I been to. Our camarero Eric has some really good recommendations, if you’re adventurous, try out his recommendations. The food was also as good as the service. The 7 seas soup has to be one of the best ones I’ve had, and I had many. Portions are good sized portions, prices are great as well. Come hungry, but not too hungry, as everything is made to order. At the end of your meal, if you like coffee, I recommend you try the espresso 43 shot. Esta muy delicioso, and may just go back for the drink.
My all-time favourite restaurant in all of Puerto Vallarta! We fell in love with this restaurant when they were in Fluvial and now they are in La Floresta. The food is all so fresh, portions are huge and everything has such a beautiful presentation. Well priced, great options, can't wait to go back to check out some of the other amazing items on the menu. Erik has been at both locations and he is amazing! He makes it fun and everyone was so welcoming
